Right of
withdrawal.

6.1 Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, in particular orders placed through our online shop, and for contracts concluded away from business premises, unless a statutory exclusion applies.

6.3 For standard goods that are not individually manufactured, in particular standard stock items, accessories or spare parts, consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal unless another statutory exclusion applies.

Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at
EILX GmbH
Max-Eyth-Straße 21
74354 Besigheim
Germany
Email: info@eilx.com
by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email, informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning goods suitable for parcel shipment. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, in particular trailers, you bear the direct return costs. Within Germany, these costs are estimated at no more than EUR 300, within the European Union to no more than EUR 500 and outside the European Union to no more than EUR 1,800 estimated.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
